Project no= 080083 , SAV103325009 A 5% Bid bond is required to be submitted along with the bidders' qualifications. Performance and Payment Bonds are required at 100% of the Awarded Amount. All Bidder's questions, request for clarifications, or interpretations must be submitted in writing by emailing procbidandcontract@augustaga.gov on or before Monday, August 17, 2026, by 5:00 P.M. The Boykin Road Park Improvements Project consists of site and park infrastructure enhancements at Boykin Road Park in Augusta, Georgia. Work generally includes grading and earthwork, installation of new park amenities and site improvements, drainage improvements, utility coordination as required, and associated site restoration. The project is intended to enhance accessibility, functionality, and overall public use of the park in accordance with the Contract Documents. Notwithstanding the use of grant funds for a portion of the Project, Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements do not apply to this Project.
