Description

Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Henderson, Nevada. Completed plans call civil work for a bridge / tunnel and playground / park / athletic field.

LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This project involves construction of a pedestrian bridge by removing a portion of drainage channel and replacing it with a reinforced concrete box section. The pedestrian bridge will be located between Via Inspirada and Liselle Street in the City of Henderson, Nevada. A reinforced concrete trail and stairs will also be constructed. Project no= 504-482 All questions regarding this IFB must be submitted electronically through the NGEM system using the Questions Tab Engineer's Estimate: $1,200,000.00
