It also includes the cleaning of certain architectural elements, notably windows and curtain walls, interior glass partitions, metal, laminate, mirrored, or glass wall panels and cladding, glass railings, as well as horizontal glass surfaces, including those integrated as transparent elements between certain levels of the Tourist Areas. The types of finishes mentioned above are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute an exhaustive list. In this technical specification, unless otherwise specified, the term "work" refers to the cleaning and washing services covered by the contract and includes all services described in this clause. For the purposes of this technical specification, the term "professional quality" refers to products, materials, accessories, consumables, and equipment that: - are suitable for their intended use and compatible with the surfaces, finishes, and conditions specific to the work sites; - are recognized for professional or institutional use in the specialized cleaning and maintenance industry; - comply with laws, regulations, and standards.
