Kline Institute for Psychiatric Research (NKI) located at 140 Old Orangeburg Road, Orangeburg, NY 10962 is seeking bids for an Insulation upgrade project. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and incidentals required to remove and replace damaged or missing pipe insulation on the piping systems identified by the facility. Work shall include, but not be limited to: Removal and lawful disposal of existing damaged fiberglass insulation and insulation jackets where replacement is required. Furnishing and installing new fiberglass pipe insulation of the specified thickness and diameter for each pipe listed in the facility inventory.
