This project builds out approximately 28,000 SF of shelled Level 1 space in the East Pavilion, completed as shell/core in 2020 with structural concrete for linear accelerator vaults and designated openings. The surrounding building is partially occupied n ambulatory clinic above, mechanical/basement/tunnel below.
