A. The incorporated excerpt of "Report of Property Condition; NPC Project No. 25-2432; Devou Park Band Shell - Covington Kentucky dated 8/8/2025 by the National Property Consulting (NPC) Group 1. Effectively and functionally serves as the preponderant Scope Of Work ("SOW") and/or Specifications upon which Proposals shall be based. 2. Proposals shall include performance of the complete and entire SOW in full compliance with Specifications, unless otherwise disclosed through the Notice of Deviation (Ref. Section V. "Proposal Format," Sub-Section H. "Notice of Deviation"). B. The City requires ongoing coordination with and by the Proposal Respondent(s) successfully awarded contractual agreement ("Agreement") by the City ("Contractor"). 1. Contractor shall notify the City's properly designated representative at least seventytwo (72) hours prior to commencement of any work performance related to this solicitation and/or Agreement resulting therefrom. c. Contractor shall warrant and ensure that all work performance shall at all times fully comply and comport with all applicable Federal , Commonwealth of Kentucky, and local laws, Codes, and regulations, as well as all applicable manufacturers' published information and instructions, and accepted/acceptable industry standards and/or best practices. 1. Contractor shall warrant and ensure that all applicable, and/or relevant licensure and/or other qualifying credentialization required to perform the SOW is satisfactorily maintained from the time of contractual award through final completion of all work related to this solicitation. a.
