The Track Package includes Scope A which is the Main Line Track from Ramsay Inglewood Station in the north to the end of the project limits, as well as Scope B the Maintenance Storage Facility (MSF) track. Scope C includes both scopes. For scope delineation, this RFP is divided as follows: Scope A: Main Line Track Scope B: Maintenance & Storage Facility (“MSF”) Track Scope C: Combined Track Package (Scopes A and B) in its entirety. The scope split matrix provided in Schedule 9 Construction Contract Form, with the Proponent taking primary responsibility for trackwork. Applies across design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, handover, and warranty.
