Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Renovation of the Boys & Girls Club facility. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. The Work shall be conducted in MULTIPLE phases. The contractor shall prepare a construction schedule per Section 013200 Construction Progress Documentation which shall be amended to the agreement between the Owner and Contractor PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF WORK. Procedures in maintaining the construction progress, including updating the schedule as defined in Section 013200 Construction Progress Documentation, shall be strictly followed. The schedule shall incorporate the following: Commencement of Construction: a. Notice to Proceed: Work shall commence within thirty days after Notice to Proceed. Phasing: Integration of milestone dates as conveyed by the Owners Representative. Substantial Completion: a. Within the number of days after commencement of construction or by date; all as conveyed by the Owner's Representative.
