The City of Eastvale (City) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from interestedcontractors (Proposers) to provide comprehensive HVAC preventative maintenance, repair, andemergency response services at City-owned facilities, including City Hall, Altfillisch House("Citrus House"), Fire Station #27 and Fire Station #31. All services shall be performed inaccordance with the industry-recognized ANSI/ASHRAE/ACCA Standard 180-2012 StandardPractices for Inspection and Maintenance of Commercial Building HVAC Systems, and allapplicable Federal, State, and local regulations.
