Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of removals of existing play area and chain link fencing and supply and installation of new play equipment, edging, safety surfacing, granular pathways, chain link fencing and site furniture. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Removals; (b) Excavation; (c) Timber edging; (d) Specified play equipment; (e) Granular paving; (f) Engineered wood fibre safety surfacing; (g) Chain link fencing; (h) Site furniture; and (i) Soil and sod. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. QA date - 8-3-2026 If the Bidder finds errors, discrepancies or omissions in the Tender, or is unsure of the meaning or intent of any provision therein, the Bidder shall notify the Contract Administrator of the error, discrepancy or omission, or request a clarification as to the meaning or intent of the provision at least five (5) Business Days prior to the Submission Deadline.
