Renovation of a fire / police facility in Moncton, New Brunswick. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

Upgrade obsolete lighting control system for entire building. The new system must integrate with the existing light fixtures throughout the building. The new system must include additional occupancy sensor controls for areas that do not have it and consultant to advise if daylight harvesting is feasible. Provide a cost benefit analysis for the inclusion of daylight harvesting functionality. The new system must integrate with the BAS system through an open source protocol (ex: BacNET), incorporate existing exterior lighting control functionality and include scheduler and time clock functionality that mimics the existing. The building has an emergency generator and the new lighting control system must incorporate the emergency lighting functionality. TIMELINE: An RFP for engineering services has been issued by the Owner's Agent. Further update may be confirmed upon award. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform
