Clarifications requested by Bidders must be in writing not less than three (3) working days before date set for receipt of Bids. Reply will be in form of an addendum This project consists of: Replacement of the City's water intake underneath Middle River. The project includes the removal and replacement of the entire concrete piping, V-wire screen piping, filtration sand, transition and protection material, riprap for slope protection, stream diversion and restoration. The project also includes the reinstatement work of the site. Electronic versions of the Bid Documents may be obtained through Purchasing Department, by email request to guy.desilva@bathurst.ca upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00.
