Site work and outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot in Albany, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The City of Albany is undertaking the installation of a new sidewalk and pedestrian light poles and bases along the historic St. Nicholas Hotel in the Sandy Bottom District as part of a larger renovation project. The project area is noted as Phase 1B which runs along the northern right of way of Flint Avenue from Front Street to N Washington Street and Phase 1C which runs along the western right of way of N. Washington from Flint to Roosevelt and along the eastern right of way of N. Washington from Booker Alley to Roosevelt. The City of Albany will demolish the existing sidewalk, purchase the pavers, poles, bases, and attachments. . A 5% Bid Bond is required of all bidders. Bid bond must be present for bid to be read or considered. 100% Performance and Payment bonds will be required of the successful bidder.
