Site work for a water / sewer project in Okeechobee, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project is to connect 16 homes to a centralized sewer collection system. The Florida licensed plumbing contractor shall extend piping from the home to the streetside point of connection, clean out and abandon the septic tank and provide restoration of the areas disturbed by construction. The BIDS shall be based on providing all materials, equipment and labor for the construction of the Okeechobee Utility Authority VPS #5 Group P Septic to Sewer Project. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all materials, equipment and labor for the installation of 4-inch diameter PVC sewer laterals, the decommissioning of the onsite residential septic tanks, connecting into the existing sewer lateral located at the right-of-way of each residence and restoration of the work area Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond.
