Site work for a water / sewer project in Okeechobee, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Installation of 4-inch diameter PVC sewer laterals, decommissioning of onsite residential septic tanks, connection to existing sewer lateral at property right-of-way, and restoration of the work area. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. OUA reserves the right to: waive informalities and/or irregularities in any BID; delete any portion of the project; extend the project within the limits of the work involved which in its judgment is in the best interest of the Owner. Bids may be withdrawn prior to the date and time of bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bid(s) and may postpone the award of the Agreement for a period of time which shall not extend beyond sixty calendar days from the Bid opening date.
