Description

Site work, renovation and addition to a transportation facility in Santa Barbara, California. Completed plans call for the addition of a 33,000-square-foot transportation facility; and for the renovation of a 33,000-square-foot transportation facility.

Construction of a 33,000-square-foot expansion and renovation of the existing airport terminal. Work includes terminal additions, interior renovations, expanded TSA screening and baggage handling areas, new passenger amenities, airline and concession spaces, and airside improvements including passenger boarding bridges and aircraft boarding gates. Bonds: 0% Bid Bond, 100% Payment Bond, 100% Performance Bond.
