Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Provo, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

Demolition of existing asphalt trail; installation of 4250 feet of new 14-foot wide asphalt trail; construction of two pedestrian concrete u-shaped undercrossings; construction of retaining walls and a new pedestrian bridge; replacement of approximately 615 linear feet of 24-inch sewer line and 300 linear feet of 16-inch water line via open cut excavation. The location of the work is: along the Provo River trail from North Exchange Park to University Parkway, Provo Utah C. Work primarily consists of two categories of work. Schedules 1 to 3: Demolishing the existing asphalt trail and placing approximately 4250 feet of new 14 foot wide asphalt trail, construct 2 pedestrian concrete u-shaped undercrossings under Columbia and State Street, several new retaining walls along both sides of the trail , and one new pedestrian bridge. Schedule 4: Replacing approximately 615 linear feet of 24-inch sewer line and 300 linear feet of 16-inch water line that both cross the Provo River using open cut excavation methods.
