Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Atmore, Alabama. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 30,000-square-foot clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
The Reservation is located approximately eight miles northwest of Atmore, Alabama in rural Escambia County. The Tribal Council desires to design and construct an approximately 30,000 sq ft Multi-Purpose Facility to service the needs of the Tribal Citizens, employees, and guests in and around the reservation. The new Multi-Purpose facility will replace the existing gymnasium and will be constructed at 444 Lynn McGhee Drive. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
