Replacement and installation of all building gutters, downspouts, soffits, fascias, Frieze board, leader straps and associated hardware. Set-asides: 10% MBE, 10% WBE. Scope of Services The Home is soliciting pricing for the replacement and installation of all building gutters, fascias, soffits, downspouts, Frieze board, leader straps and associated hardware. In the event of any product is changed or discontinued, the Home's Project Management Office shall be notified immediately to discuss other building materials or procurement options. All work on this project is subject to New York State Prevailing Wages and Certified Payroll submission as per the New York State Department of Labor, PRC #2026022501. Submitted pricing shall include any packaging/crating/shipping charges and factory warranties, if applicable. Shop drawings are to be submitted and approved prior to any fabrication and are to be submitted to the Project Manager, or authorized designee. A project timeline should also be submitted to the Project Manager. To establish a standard of quality, form, function and utility, the specifications are based on the provided Ronnette Riley Architect architectural documents. Whenever a product is specified by using a proprietary name or the name of a particular manufacturer or vendor, the specific item mentioned shall be understood as establishing type, function, dimension, appearance and quality desired. Other manufacturers' products may be accepted provided sufficient supporting information is submitted to the Home to determine whether the products proposed are equivalent to those names and proof their proposed alternate meets or exceeds the specifications and performance of the base gutter system. Manufacturer's data sheets, color charts and product samples to include all parts and components used must accompany the bid proposal. If an approved or equal is to be submitted, please provide in the response the brand name, manufacturers' part number(s), catalog number(s) serial number(s), model number(s) and or other identifying number(s) as to properly identify the substitute product(s) intended to be furnished along with the characteristics of the substitute item(s) that are equivalent to the brand name. The Contractor should also provide all documentation which clearly describes the substitute item(s) so that it/they can be evaluated by the end user. Failure to submit the requested substitute item information before the closing date listed below will eliminate the vendor from all further consideration for this procurement.
