Replacement of the raised access floor system within the IT Data Center, including all required materials, labor, and installation. Install 12" wide x 2" deep cable tray below the raised access floor system between the telecom racks to each of the five (5) HP Racks. Install grounding and bonding system per manufacturer specification to the raised access flooring system. Install any and all needed molding, edge trim, or floor seals for raised access flooring system. Provide pull tool for new raised access flooring system. Install grounding and bonding system to each of the two (2) telecom racks and each of the five (5) HP racks Mount/bolt/anchor two existing telecom 2-post racks to meet Seismic Design Category 'C' rating. Mount/bolt/anchor five existing HP 10,000 G2 racks using HPE seismic anchoring hardware kits. o Dispose of all old materials. o The selected contractor is required to get all required permit for the scope of work, including producing/stamping any required documents for those permits. Hazard Considerations & Specialty Work High-Voltage Equipment A 480V Power Distribution Unit (PDU) is installed atop the current raised flooring system. Contractor shall exercise extreme caution and: Use appropriate PPE at all times Ensure a qualified electrician is onsite during any floor removal/installation around the PDU Fire Suppression Sensors (HALON) Fire suppression system sensors are attached to select floor panels. Contractor shall carefully remove and reinstall sensors in their original locations. If the HALON system is inadvertently triggered or damaged, the awarded vendor shall be responsible for restoring the system to full operational status, including replacing any discharged components
