Site work and renovation of an educational facility in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the installation of surgical scrub sinks in accordance with Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement 20260630, Attachment 2, Skytron Scrub Sinks, and Attachment 3, Surgical Scrub Sink Current Setup. The amendment incorporates a site visit into the requirement and extends the quotation deadline to allow for the site visit, contractor questions, and Government responses. Vendors must acknowledge Amendment 01 by signing and returning the amendment with their quotation package. The requirement is identified as "METC Surgical Technician Army Scrub Sink Installation." All questions after the site visit will need to be submitted to Shannon Mansfield, shannon.mansfield@us.af.mil and Contracting Officer: Rheame Griffin, rheame.griffin.2@us.af.mil no later than 17 August 2026 10:00 AM CDT. Questions and answers will be posted on 25 August 2026 by 3:00 PM CDT.
