Description

Site work for a municipal facility in Shakopee, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

Furnish & install approximately 5,000 linear feet of direct-bury concrete encased duct bank. The proposed duct bank will be 30" wide by 21" tall and contain six (6) 6" PVC conduits encased in concrete. The project scope will include all associated excavations, tree & grub removal, grading, erosion control, traffic control, jacking / boring of approximately 500 linear feet of 20" steel casings, SWPPP requirements, and associated restorations. The electrical conductor to be installed within the duct bank is not to be included in the construction contract, and will be sourced by the owner directly. Alternate bids are requested to support cable pulling(conductor installation) within the constructed duct bank, and tree clearing ahead of the next phase of this series of projects. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Performance Bond required (unspecified amount), Payment Bond required (unspecified amount).
