Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Foundation wall dampproofing, rigid insulation installation, parapet flashing cap repairs, and construction of a new 2.4 m high steel chain-link security fence and swing gate, including excavation, aggregate reinstatement, grading, and site restoration. The work generally consists of foundation wall dampproofing, installation of rigid insulation, parapet flashing repairs, construction of a new 2.4 m (8 ft) high galvanized steel chain-link security fence approximately 18 m (59 ft) in length, complete with one (1) 1200 mm swing gate, and associated site restoration. The work area is located primarily on the north side of the facility and will require excavation adjacent to the structure, removal and replacement of aggregate surfacing, localized grading adjustments, and restoration of disturbed areas.
