The required contract completion period is 240 consecutive days excluding final paving. Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, cash, certified check, treasurer's or cashier's check payable to the Owner, is required in the amount of five percent of the bid, in accordance with Section 00 21 13, INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS.
