Remove the full thickness of the asphalt from the surface of the area indicated in the attached drawing. 2. Excavate to the design subgrade elevation. 3. Compact and proof roll the subgrade and replace any soft areas. 4. Place and compact the Select Borrow subbase to a minimum thickness of 300 mm. 5. Place and compact Class A granular base gravels to a minimum thickness of 250 mm . Ensure proper drainage is implemented. 6. Compact and proof roll the surface. 7. Pave a 75mm lift of Type A and a 50mm lift of Type B hop-mix asphalt. 8. Paint lines. 9.
