The successful vendor will review existing services, tie-in locations, municipal requirements, shutdown impacts, domestic water continuity, fire protection considerations, traffic and pedestrian controls, and restoration requirements. The vendor will also prepare the required design and specifications, identify inspection and permit requirements, and develop a shutdown continuity plan.
