Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Somerville, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Scope Prepare an approximate 2600 square foot area to receive new sod. Remove existing vegetation, cut back tree roots from one tree, provide addition loam if needed to level out area. Remove six existing broken sprinkler heads and provide six new sprinkle heads. Adjust 12 sprinkler heads in total to the new sod height. Leave concrete and asphalt walkways clean upon completion. This is a prevailing wage rate project.
