Area A is a 141 x 18 parking lot area that needs to be removed and replaced. There are ruts in this area that will require added gravel material to level the area. This new material should be compacted before laying the asphalt. We expect application of a tack coat to vertical areas for adhesion of new asphalt. The new asphalt should be compacted and level with the existing surrounding asphalt. All seams to be sealed where new meets existing asphalt. Area B is a 15 x 20 parking lot area that needs to be removed and replaced. There are ruts in this area that will require added gravel material to level the area. This new material should be compacted before laying the asphalt. The new asphalt should be compacted and level with the existing surrounding asphalt. All seams to be sealed where new meets existing asphalt. Area C is a 15 x 20 parking lot area that needs to be removed and replaced. This area needs to be raised at the center to allow better water runoff. The new material added should be compacted before adding the asphalt.
