Question Deadline 08/19/2026 Every request for such interpretation should be in writing via email to Paul M. Alunni, PE Town Engineer Wilmington Department of Public Works palunni@wilmingtonma.gov and to be given consideration must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. The Work consists of Furnishing, Delivering, and Installing One (1) set of AC Powered Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) and buried conduit at a proposed crosswalk location along Main Street (Route 38) at its intersection with Pine Avenue and all work incidental thereto. This work is located within MassDOT State Highway Layout, thus must be performed in accordance with the Specifications, Plan Set, and MassDOT Access Permit attached hereto. Other work that is shown on the Plan Set including curb work, sidewalk work, ADA ramps and accessibility and crosswalk pavement markings is not included in this contract and is to be done by others. Only work required to complete the items circled in red on the enclosed plan set sheet 3 of 7 is to be included in this contract along with the sedimentation control, and traffic management plan related thereto. One set of AC Powered Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) and buried conduit Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
