Description

Renovation of a multi-residential development in Lumby, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

The scope of work includes but is not limited to: Decommissioning and disposal of existing central ERV (Energy Recovery Ventilation) system throughout all buildings and units. Installation of new, individual ERV units, including all required accessories and ductwork, in all units throughout all buildings. Replacement of existing furnace, outdoor condensing unit, and associated piping and accessories with new ducted air-source heat pump, including indoor air handler connected to existing ductwork, outdoor condensing unit, and all required refrigerant piping and condensate drainage.
