Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Snow Hill, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Contract No. 1 - Maury WWTP Improvements The work shall include, but not be specifically limited to: removing existing manhole No. 1 and replacing with new precast concrete manhole and new ring and cover; relocating a portion of existing 2" PVC waterline including pipe, fittings, valves, valve boxes and covers, and valve box protector rings; providing and constructing one oxidation ditch diffused aeration system, one control building for oxidation diffused aeration system, aeration blowers, mixers, motors, controls, piping, valves, fittings, fixtures, and appurtenances; painting; clearing and grubbing; demolition; excavation; borrow; filling; grading; concrete pavements; landscaping; seeding; erosion controls; testing; project cleanup; and all other WORK incidental thereto as show on the plans and/or call for in the specifications.
