This is to notify contractors that Public Utility District No. 1 of Snohomish County is accepting applications for placement on our Small Works Roster (projects under $350,000). The Small Works Roster consists of general construction, facilities tenant improvements (construction, electrical, mechanical, and painting), fencing, roofing, asphalt paving, fire systems, landscape installation, drilling and installation of fixtures, fittings and equipment, etc. The application and instructions are available at www.snopud.com, select HOW DO I then choose Browse Contract Bids, followed by Small Works Roster. Small Works Roster applications are accepted throughout the year. The categories of work are listed on the application. New categories of work are added on an as needed basis. This is not a notice of bid but will establish a list of contractors from which certain future projects will be bid. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
