Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Plattsburgh, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

SUNY Plattsburgh has obtained equipment packages from Daktronics Inc. for new video and score board equipment with the intent of installation in the Ronald B. Stafford Ice Arena's easterly facing exterior wall and westerly facing exterior wall above the adjacent lobby. Presently there are video display boards and a score board on the subject walls that are scheduled for removal . The new installations will include Daktronics +-15'-9" by +-8"-11" video display board and 10'-0" by 5'-0" scoreboard with manufacturer's drawings included in Attachment 1. The purpose of this report is to evaluate the suitability of the existing supporting walls for installation per the manufacturer's drawings. SUNY Plattsburgh is soliciting sealed bids for the installation of new Arena Scoring, Timing, & Display Systems at the SUNY Plattsburgh Field House - Ronald B. Stafford Ice Arena located at 167 Rugar Street, Plattsburgh, New York 12901. Installation of new scoreboards at the SUNY Plattsburgh Ice Arena. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond.
