Request for Quotation - Floor demolition and tile installation services. All questions related to this RFQ must be submitted in writing by 08/05/2026 to procurement.travel@tbr.edu . No questions will be entertained after the submittal deadline. This project is to demo ceramic/porcelain tile and install ceramic/porcelain floor tile at multiple TCAT Upper Cumberland locations. The Bidder shall provide a quote for: Demolition of existing ceramic/porcelain floor tile including labor and equipment needed. Labor to install ceramic floor tile in classrooms, hallways, and meeting rooms on Crossville and Livingston campus using existing 12-inch x 24 inch ceramic tile that has been purchased by campus. Spacers to install 12,000 sq feet of floor tile. (Equal to Raimondi or better) Epoxy Grout for 12,000 sq feet of floor tile. (Equal to Laticrete or better) Thin set to install 12,000 sq feet of floor tile. (Equal to Sturdi Flex or better) Conduct work when students are out (after-hours/weekends) Includes cleanup and proper disposal of all waste materials
