Renovation of a mixed-use development in Temple, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Questions shall be accepted by the Government in writing via email no later than 7/21/2026, 4PM CST. Remove existing handrails and install new ligature-resistant handrails and wall protection in CLC Buildings 221A, 221B, 221C, and 221D. Work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and related services necessary to remove the existing handrail systems, install new ligature-resistant handrails, provide wall protection, and complete all associated work required for a fully functional installation. Location: Central Texas Veterans Health Care System, 1901 Memorial Drive, Temple, TX 76504. Questions shall be accepted by the Government in writing via email no later than 7/21/2026, 4PM CST. Please list "Technical Questions - 36C25726Q0762 Handrail Wall Protection Replacement" in the subject line of the e-mail and send to Sherine Brooks, Contract Specialist, at Sherine.Brooks@va.gov.
