Renovation of a military facility in Carson City, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The contractor shall perform the removal of four showers and install four new showers, all related required materials and accessories to perform project completion of the shower replacement project. Shower replacement installation shall include, but are not limited to: Remove and dispose of 1 shower stall in room number A123. Remove and dispose of 2 shower stall in room number C105. Remove and dispose of 1 shower stall in room number C113. Remove and dispose of shower valves in room number A123, C105 and C113. Install 4 Moen Posi-Temp rough valves with chrome trim. Add half inch isolation valves to 4 shower stalls. Install new drain/p-trap to 4 shower stalls. Test all plumbing for leaks. Contractor is responsible for all material and related debris from this project must be removed from plot boundaries. Contractor is responsible for any and all labor, required materials to perform project.
