Site work, paving and new construction of a water / sewer project in Durham, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.
Installation of approximately 7,500 linear feet of 8-inch to 12-inch diameter waterlines, valves, meters, fire hydrants, grading, paving, erosion control, site cleanup, and testing of water infrastructure. Installation and reconnection of existing fire hydrants as shown on the Drawings and as specified. Grading, paving, erosion control, site cleanup, and seeding. Disposal of excess and unsuitable excavation and removed excess materials. Testing of all installed water infrastructure. General conditions including scheduling, project coordination, field work and surveying, environmental protection procedures, submittals and shop drawings, operations and maintenance data, and other requirements as specified for the coordination and execution of the Work.
