Site work for a military facility in Enid, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a military facility.

The work will include the complete replacement of round concrete pad and tow way pavement of the circular pad on the southeast side of the Vance aircraft parking apron. This pad is required for the testing of aircraft engines and has a specific steel anchor designed to anchor aircraft. SBA Certified Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program Set-Aside (FAR 19.15) Project Magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. All questions shall be submitted electronically to the individuals listed in Table 1.2 no later than 28 July 2026 at 1000 AM Central Daylight time. This solicitation is a 100% Women Owned Small Business Set-Aside. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
