Neligh-Oakdale Public Schools, legally. known as Antelope County School District 02-0009, is requesting proposals from qualified construction management firms (CM ) to provide construction management at risk services for a School Facilities Improvement Project, that is likely to include but not necessarily be limited to a combination of renovation, remodeling, addition, and/or new construction that may result in , but not necessarily limited to, secure entrance, new or updated gymnasiums, locker rooms, classrooms, career and technical education facilities, storage, commons space, food service, athletic facilities, performing arts, supporting facilities, and/or related infrastructure and improvements.
