New construction of a mixed-use development in Burlington, Ontario. Design plans call for the construction of a 2,382,588-square-foot, 48-story above grade, 2,713-unit multi-residential development; 22,194-square-foot retail development; and three-story below grade parking garage.
Construction of 6 mixed-use towers ranging from 30 to 48 storeys (30, 30, 40, 40, 48, 48) with a combined total of 2,713 residential units + retail at grade + indoor/outdoor amenity spaces. Parking is proposed within 3 levels below grade. The property is located east of Waterdown Road and north of Masonry Court, immediately south of the Lakeshore West rail corridor and west of the GO station south commuter parking lot. Tower 1 - 48 storeys; including a 10 to 12-storey podium. Tower 2 - 40 storeys, including a 10-storey podium. Tower 3 - 30 storeys; including a 6 to 8-storey podium. Tower 4 - 30 storeys; including a 6 to 8-storey podium. Tower 5 - 40 storeys; including a 10-storey podium. Tower 6 - 48 storeys; including a 12-storey podium. TIMELINE: Conceptual planning and designs are underway. Public consultation process is underway until approx. winter 2027 with virtual and in-person public open house events planned. The first in-person meeting was held July 14, 2026; feedback period for the first open house is open through August 7, 2026. A second Open House is planned February / March 2027. There are currently no construction timelines. Further update early spring 2027.
