Reference Number 0000431515 Purchase and planting of an estimated 500 balled and burlap trees. Bonds: Certified Check required. Contractor shall guarantee that all trees shall break dormancy and fully leaf out by June 1 , 2027. Both the City and the Contractor shall monitor trees. Any trees that fail shall be pulled by the contractor, no later than August 31 , 2027. The Contractor shall inspect all trees planted no later than August 31 , 2027. A list of sites requiring (including qty.) warranty replacements shall be generated and provided to the City within 14 days of the inspection. Note that the City will, upon request of Troy resident, inspect trees planted by the contractor and remove dead. City will not provide addresses of trees removed or charge the contractor for the labor to pull trees. Tree pulled by the City are still covered under this guarantee.
