For Construction Projects as needed to serve as on-call on a rotation basis including but not limited prepare architectural designs, preparation of plans, specifications and estimates for renovations, alterations and/or additions to existing buildings, facilities, proposed construction projects, and other amenities owned and/or operated by the City of Laredo.
