Demolition, site work and addition to a municipal facility in Laredo, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
For Construction Projects as needed to serve as on-call on a rotation basis including but not limited prepare architectural designs, preparation of plans, specifications and estimates for renovations, alterations and/or additions to existing buildings, facilities, proposed construction projects, and other amenities owned and/or operated by the City of Laredo. Professional Service Agreements will be issued per project upon funding available for a two (2) year term with one (1) option for a two (2) year renewal for a total term of four (4) years Question Cut Off Date 8/7/2026 12:00:00 PM (CT) Formal questions related to the RFQ may be submitted electronic City of Laredo reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all proposals. Alteration or modification of the Proposal Forms shall be cause for rejection of the Proposal. Responses that do not comply with the requirements of the RFQ may, at the Citys sole discretion, be deemed non-responsive. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
