Design Services Provide complete architectural design for Consolidated Security Screening Checkpoint, Administrative and Support Spaces, including: 1. Security screening lanes (TSA equipment zones) 2. Queue management and passenger circulation areas 3. Recomposure and exit zones 4. TSA office, break room, administrative and support spaces5. Vertical circulation elements (stairs, elevators, escalators as required) 6. Finishes, lighting, acoustics, and wayfinding systems Engineering Services: Provide complete engineering design for all building systems, including: 1. Structural modifications for support of equipment loads 2. Mechanical, electrical , plumbing, and fire protection systems 3. HVAC systems sized for occupancy and equipment heat loads 4. Electrical power distribution for all equipment 5. IT/telecommunications and low-voltage systems 6. Security systems (CCTV, access control) coordinated with airport standards Construction Phasing and Coordination Services: 1. Prepare phasing plan in consultation with the Airport-selected CMAR to maintain Concourses A & B operations during construction. 2. Coordinate design with ongoing or planned airport capital projects
