Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Esquimalt, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility.
The work includes Fire Sprinkler Installation, to improve fire protection and ensure compliance with applicable fire and building code requirements. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: Relocation of water entry location from electrical room to existing garbage room. Installation of new fire sprinkler system and all associated parts, per the drawings and specifications. Installation of new fire alarm system and all associated parts, per the drawings and specifications. The project includes all associated mechanical, electrical, testing, and commissioning work, as well as inspections and verification by the City and Fire Department prior to system acceptance.
