This building is located at 115 South 2nd Street in Fernandina Beach, FL. The parcel ID is 00-00-31-1800-0271-0070. This project is for the demolition and removal of the facility located at 115 South 2nd Street. The structure is estimated to be 100 years old. This facility is approximately 24,000 sq ft. in size and includes structural steel, masonry, roofing systems, utilities, and miscellaneous appurtenances. Due to the proximity of the Historic District, the City will obtain the necessary historic district approval on behalf of the contractor.
