In this context, the present contract aims to repair existing sections of sidewalks spread over the entire municipal territory and identified according to the priorities established by the Engineering Department. Delivery schedule The contractual period allocated for all work is twenty (20) working days. The contractor must notify the project manager at least five (5) working days before the scheduled start date of the work. The work must be fully completed no later than October 2, 2026. The planned work on Avila-Legault Avenue must be completed by September 11, 2026. During the start-up meeting, the contractor must submit a detailed schedule of work, indicating in particular the intervention phases, the planned duration by section as well as the mobilization and demobilization dates. This schedule must be acceptable to the City and respected throughout the work.
