Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Rochester, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.

Roof replacement for the Salt Storage Building. The bids shall include all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the work as depicted on the plans and in accordance with these contracts. The project will generally consist of: The removal and replacement of an existing asphalt shingle roof with a new architectural asphalt shingle roof for the Town's Salt Storage Building and attached equipment storage lean-to located within the Department of Public Works Facility. The work involves removal and disposal of the existing asphalt roof down to the original roof deck; inspecting the plywood roof deck; removing and replacing any rotted roof decking; removing the skylight panels and replacing them with plywood and architectural asphalt shingles; furnishing and installing new ice and water shield at the mansard roof, eave, and rake locations; furnishing and installing F5 drip edges at all eave and rake areas; furnishing and installing synthetic felt at all the remaining roof areas; furnishing and installing thirty (30) year architectural roof shingles, and furnishing and installing ridge caps. QA Date 1 August 2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to Engineering Department.
