Renovation of a military facility in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to remove existing flooring and baseboards, prepare the sub-surface, and install approximately 760 square feet of new commercial carpet tile and 160 linear feet of new cove base board. The Contractor shall provide carpet samples with appropriate patterns and colors for selection at the time of award. Work includes site preparation, removal and disposal of existing materials, furnishing and installation of new flooring and cove base materials, labor, and all related tasks required to complete the project. Performance is scheduled during the designated period of performance and must include project completion, demobilization, and site cleanup. Location: USCG Northwest District Command Center RIC, 915 2nd Avenue, 35th Floor, Room 3544, Seattle, WA 98174. Period of Performance: 08/24/2026 - 09/04/2026 Questions: E-mail all questions regarding to this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to the Contract Officer Michelle Myhra at Michelle.M.Myhra2@uscg.mil with solicitation RFQ number 70Z03326QSEAT00055 in subject line. Questions regarding the statement of work (SOW) will be forwarded to the units technical authority for an accurate response. All responses will be uploaded for an equal and fair solicitation to all interested vendors. No more questions will be answered after 08/10/26, 3pm (PST).
