Provide all plant, labour, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary to remove and replace the existing chiller system, including installation of new piping, valves, and electrical components, and perform a complete flush and refill of the hydronic system. Work includes furnishing and installing Carrier brand-name-only chillers, Reliable Controls brand-name-only building management system controls, and all associated components required to restore the system to fully operational status. The contractor shall complete all work, inspections, and punch list items necessary for a fully functioning chiller and control system.
